Business cards, at the business-card rate
Your customers pay with corporate and purchasing cards, the most expensive cards to accept. Send the invoice with the payment and they cost about a point less. Put the rest on cost-plus, and you see every cent.
Example
For a distributor taking $250k a month in cards paying 2.7% today:
An estimate for a typical card mix, not a promise, before any Level 3 savings on business cards. Your quote shows the exact figure.

What's eating your margin
Commercial cards at the top rate
Without invoice-quality line items, corporate and purchasing cards pay the standard commercial rate, around 2.70%.
Big invoices, big fees
A point of interchange on a $20,000 order is $200. Across a year of orders, it is often a salary.
Card numbers over the phone
Customers read card numbers to your AR team, who type them into a terminal. Slow, risky and easy to get wrong.
What you get
Built for b2b
Level 3 from your invoices
The invoice's line items, tax and PO number go with every commercial card payment, so it qualifies for the lower rate.
Invoice pay links
Email a pay link for an invoice. Customers pay on a secure hosted page, and nobody reads out a card number.
Priced from your statement
Interchange at cost, so the Level 3 saving shows up on your statement, and a program priced for your large-ticket, keyed volume.
Counter and will-call
Card-present payments at the counter through POS Gateway, with the ticket's line items sent too.
Deposits matched to invoices
See which payments, fees and chargebacks made up each deposit, ready for your accounting system.
Tokenization
Card numbers are tokenized on secure hosted forms and P2PE terminals, keeping them out of your systems.

What switching looks like
What switching to cost-plus looks like
“Half our customers pay with purchasing cards. Once our invoice lines went with the payment, those cards started costing us about a point less.”
Illustrative scenarios based on typical merchant results, not customer reviews. Individual savings depend on volume and current rates.
How it works
From statement to switched in three steps
You spend about 30 minutes. We read the statement, set up the equipment and handle the paperwork.
Apply and upload statements
Apply online and upload recent statements from whoever processes your cards today. Within 24 hours we show you, line by line, what's interchange, what's markup and what's junk.
See your cost-plus quote
Your wholesale cost stays the same. Every other line shows today's price next to ours, in dollars a month, with the card mix behind it. If we can't beat what you pay now, we'll tell you.
Go live and watch it
We set up your card terminals, often the ones you already own. Then every deposit and fee is in your portal, line by line.
FAQ
B2B payment questions
What is Level 3 processing?
Sending an invoice's line-item detail (product codes, quantities, unit prices, tax) with a commercial card payment. Card networks charge less on corporate and purchasing cards when that data comes with it. Since Visa's Commercial Enhanced Data Program (2025), the data is checked, and placeholders no longer qualify. See what it could be worth.
Which cards save the most?
Visa and Mastercard corporate and purchasing cards, the ones government buyers, schools, contractors and larger companies use. Small-business cards save little since Visa changed their rates in January 2026.
Does it work with my ERP?
Level 3 needs the invoice's lines when the payment is made. Invoice pay links carry them from the invoice; at the counter, POS Gateway carries them from the ticket. Tell us your system and we'll show you how the lines reach the payment.
Can we keep taking cards over the phone?
Yes, in our virtual terminal. Most distributors find pay links faster, and they keep card numbers away from your staff.
