Invoice payments

Get invoices paid by card, at the business-card rate.

Email or share a pay link for any invoice. Your customer pays on a secure page with your name on it, and the invoice's line items go with the payment, so corporate and purchasing cards qualify for Level 3.

What you get

Invoice payments, at a glance

A link per invoice

Create a pay link in your portal and email it, or copy it into your own invoice. The amount, invoice number and lines are already filled in.

Level 3, automatically

The invoice's line items, tax and PO number are sent with the payment, the data business cards need for their lower rate.

No card data on your side

Card numbers are typed into a secure, processor-hosted form. They never touch your systems or your staff's inbox.

Your name on the page

Your logo and colors on the payment page, replies to your own address, and your own web address for the page if you want it.

Know when it is paid

Each link shows whether it is paid, and the payment appears in your portal with the deposit it lands in.

Your team, your rules

Choose who on your team can send links, by role and by location.

How it works

Set up once, then it runs

1

Create the link

From an invoice in your portal, or from your own system through the Mojo Payments API.

2

Your customer pays

They open the link, check the invoice and pay by card. No account, no app.

3

You see it land

The payment, its Level 3 status and its deposit appear in your portal.

A good fit if

Who it's for

  • You invoice other businesses, schools or government buyers who pay by corporate or purchasing card.
  • Customers read card numbers over the phone today, and you would rather they never did.
  • Big invoices, where a point of interchange is real money.

Invoice payments accept credit and debit cards.

FAQ

Invoice payments questions

Do my customers need an account?

No. They open the link, see the invoice and pay by card.

Where is the card number stored?

Nowhere on your side. It is entered on a secure, processor-hosted form and turned into a token, which keeps your business out of most PCI scope.

How does Level 3 work with a pay link?

The link is created from the invoice, so its line items, tax and PO number are already there. They go with the payment, and corporate and purchasing cards qualify for the lower commercial rate. More on Level 3.

Can I send links from my own software?

Yes. The Mojo Payments API creates pay links, so your billing system can send them. See the developer page.

What does it cost?

Payments are billed at your cost-plus rate. The product itself shows its price in your portal before you turn it on.
